I was joined last week by Catherine Maskell of TPD Marketing in my Facebook group 'Your Best Midlife' to talk about personal branding and marketing ourselves as we hit midlife.
Often midlife is a time of change - our identity is being redefined as we move into the next chapter of our life and this catalyst for change can be empowering and scary as we learn to let go of who we were and embrace who we want to be moving forward.
