Polly is a divorce and separation coach.
She became an accredited Divorce & Separation Coach after going through her own dreadful divorce 6 years ago. The tsunami of emotions she faced were overwhelming and she asked herself how was she expected to handle the splitting up of the matrimonial home, her family, friends and way of life she'd had known for many years effectively whilst emotionally charged?
She flipped the negative experience into a positive one and now helps others to cope with the same rollercoaster of emotions.
